Rancho Express Lube

I have used them a number of times now. Everything from oil change to brakes to replacing ahead light on several vehicles. When they could not fix the problem they help with referrals to shops that were able to complete repairs. I have referred a number of friends and family to this shop.

Fast friendly service. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because I was still charged a $75 diagnostic fee even though I had my repairs done there. Other then that, my repairs were done fast and I had my car back within 3 hours.

I have always taken my car to Rancho Express Lube for oil change. Have had transmission fluid changed and just recently had brakes done when I had the oil changed. Feel safer driving my car now especially when I go to the local mountains. Thanks Rancho Express Lube Inc.

Very good service with a full report on recommendations, yet I did not feel pressured into having the additional services done right then.

The service was excellent and fast. I was one of the first ones there, and they did my breaks and tune up fast. There were a lot of cars coming in, so that gives you an idea that their service is good and people keep coming back. They do a good job of breaking down and explaining the inspection. I look forward to another service here.

I had a great experience here! It was my first time. I’m not a fan of going to get my oil changed. They try and upscale you big time, but not here! Jorge was very honest and open with me. I felt very comfortable for the first time to get my oil changed! Will definitely be going back! I got a free car wash voucher as well! Quick and easy!

Service was horrible. Took almost 2 hours to get an oil change and was the only car there. The tech was just on his phone the whole time not sure if he was googling how to do it but yeah it don’t take that long

Jorge and his team were very helpful and thorough. This is my first major car fixes and I am skeptical because I am not very much familiar on Car maintenance. The team was kind enough and very accommodating to walk me through on all the findings and were honest on which one has to be done first based on importance and urgency rather than doing everything at once considering it is an expense. They were also transparent with the charges and prices. Some might find that their prices are a bit higher, but the quality services done were well worth it. Driving my car out from their shop had me immediately feel and observed a big difference in performance, which made me trust them to do more of the other fixes.
