I started coming here because my previous place was too busy and they kept having staff quit. Rancho Express Lube staff are down to earth and cool as hell. Rates are average in the industry. I’ll keep coming here for now .

I was satisfied with my oil change but they gave me a free car wash voucher and the car wash did damage to my vehicle. They keep telling me the owner will call me about it but he doesn't call. I am looking into my options to deal with this incident.
