Would give 0 stars if possible! I made the mistake of giving them another chance after a horrible experience the last time I chose to give them my bu$$ine$$ & boy was that a mistake! Same manager (George) same problem(s) I was told it was a 2 hour job & wasted my ENTIRE day off & still had to leave my truck overnight ,& that was with an appointment! Was disgusted with the lack of communication & horrible customer service with nothing but a pathetic $20 discount off of the original quoted price which I felt was already HIGH but have been coming here for YEARS & felt the quality of service would certainly make up for the higher cost... ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE! As I stated earlier, LONG time customer(24+yrs) with a 5 vehicle history & I will NEVER return! Left highly dissatisfied & frustrated only to hear a rattling as I drove away & discovered that they had broken parts in the area of repair. Please avoid this overpriced, irresponsible hassle & take your car to a REAL mechanic (LITERALLY anywhere else) as I wish I had.
