Rancho Express Lube

I have been going to Rancho Express Lube for four years now. I am so pleased with their oil change service. Besides having the synthetic oil my car needs, they also check the fluid levels and tire pressure. This time I found that the pressure was low due to a nail (that I hadn't been able to find.) They repaired my tire for only $25, and they still had my car ready in less than 30 minutes. They also give a voucher for a free car wash at the car wash next door, which is especially convenient. I was really impressed with the integrity of the employees. He noticed that I had only driven 3,000 miles since my last oil change, and asked if I still wanted to do this. Since I drive very little, my policy is to have the oil changed, etc. every six months. I felt it was very honest of them to check to see if I really needed it. I highly recommend Rancho Express. They are currently set up with all the safe distancing recommendations, including having outdoor seats spaced six feet apart. I appreciate this very much.

I love this place. Employees are helpful & professional. They do a good job and the price is reasonable. It's usually pretty fast. Plus you get a free car wash. And, it's so sweet, they give the ladies a carnation :)

Right when you pull onto the lot you can tell the culture is great! Cody was great to work, I will be back!
