I had a change to bring one of our company vehicles here and boy was I impressed! They not only changed my tires and rear suspension. They informed me it wasn't my font suspension but tie rods and ball joints that needed repair. Something the other mechanic missed at the other location.

I have been coming to Rancho Express Lube for several years & have never been dissatisfied with service. Crew has always been welcoming & professional every time. Even with newer employees as today for example with Chris greeting me as soon as I pull up to location. He was courteous & informative with my questions. Can't beat the free car wash with oil change as well!

One of the most honest shops in the area. All the employees genuinely care and are great mechanics. I used to bring my 2018 Silverado here for oil changes and was always well taken care of, and the free car wash included makes it totally worth their price. Now I'm fixing up a 2001 Astro van for my work vehicle and they have just been doing a phenomenal job. As well as giving me deals along the way. They replaced all 3 of my door handles at a third of the cost of any shops in the area. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. Thanks to the owner Nester and co-manager Chris for always letting me know what the best options for fixing my van. I can't remember the other mechanics' names but they are also extremely knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have about your car. I highly recommend this shop!

I loved this place. The customer service was great everyone was friendly. I got the feeling that every employee is honest and hard working. It was much more affordable than going to a dealership for an oil change. Give this place a chance, I hope you leave just as happy as I was.

I've been coming here for oil changes and checkups for about 2 years now, and I'm not going anywhere else anytime soon. The wait's never too long, the guys are polite, and the prices are honest. Not to mention a free car wash from the business next store with each oil change is a nice perk! You won't be disappointed here.

I was impressed with the manager who helped me on September9th. Even though he couldn't do my oil change because I had a broken drain plug, he checked all my fluids at no charge.

I have been going to Rancho Express Lube for four years now. I am so pleased with their oil change service. Besides having the synthetic oil my car needs, they also check the fluid levels and tire pressure. This time I found that the pressure was low due to a nail (that I hadn't been able to find.) They repaired my tire for only $25, and they still had my car ready in less than 30 minutes. They also give a voucher for a free car wash at the car wash next door, which is especially convenient. I was really impressed with the integrity of the employees. He noticed that I had only driven 3,000 miles since my last oil change, and asked if I still wanted to do this. Since I drive very little, my policy is to have the oil changed, etc. every six months. I felt it was very honest of them to check to see if I really needed it. I highly recommend Rancho Express. They are currently set up with all the safe distancing recommendations, including having outdoor seats spaced six feet apart. I appreciate this very much.
