I was looking for a place to get my AC checked out as I needed my AC working for the weekend for a family wedding. I looked and called many places and many said they didn't have any availability for Friday Aug 4, as I called Thursday evening to make the appointment. I saw an advertisement for Rancho Express Lube and checked them out on Yelp. They had good reviews and so I gave them a call and they had availability for Friday morning even tho they had other appointments. I came an hour early and they were able to take me in. Based on the situation for the AC, the labor was to take the whole day around 5pm. They said they could try to get it done sooner and low and behold, they finished by around 3pm. The service and the communication was spot on and even their professionalism. I will definitely be glad to come back for another future service. The advisor who assisted me all the way through from beginning to end, was Jorge Puerto. He was very helpful, reliable, and professional. Please be sure to come to Jorge.

This review is over due! We first brought our company vehicle for new breaks and they have been working great! We recently took our company vehicle for new tires and we are back on the road the next day! Price was fair and customer service was great! We have several company vehicles and they will be our go to place for any car needs! Thanks guys!

Quickly and professional

I went home and saw my oil filter was not changed. Something didn't feel right when I left the shop. No sticker for next oil changed, the promised 16 point inspection was not verbalized my air filter was dirty and need changed, nothing was discussed. They did not change my oil filter during the oil change. I was first told they use white Valvoline filters, "my last oil change was from Valvoline" then they said the dirty dusty filter was from the mechanics hands, then I was told they did not change the filter. This could of caused engine damage. If they use this practice on me how many cars do they do this to? Unprofessional and zero excuse.

Cordial and professional service is what keeps me coming back. That's with three different vehicles being serviced here.
