The mechanic was extremely informative and helpful. He made sure we were getting full customer service, made sure we were taking advantage of offers and coupons, and told us everything we needed to know about their products. We have had bad experiences with other oil change shops in the area; like the Jiffy Lube near the 15 freeway off of foothill. At this location, we were not fooled into anything and were told fully what would be going on with the oil change. Very pleased and will be coming back! Great place to take your vehicle. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and they treated me like their number 1 customer. This was my first time here but it won't be my last. The last place that changed my oil had also changed my temperature reading to celtcious instead of farenheit and for the life of me I couldn't get to change back. Jeff was the technician who worked on my car, he worked on it for 10 minutes and fixed it for me. He wouldn't even accept a tip. These guys here are top class in my book. And the free car wash rocks too!
